Set on a compact 30’x70’ urban plot, this contemporary commercial building exemplifies modern architectural finesse through its interplay of geometry, transparency, and material texture. The design optimizes vertical volume while ensuring a distinct visual identity suited for a mixed-use commercial typology.
The façade composition is characterized by bold projecting glass cubes, articulated with slender metal frames that lend depth and rhythm to the elevation. These glazed volumes enhance natural light penetration while providing a striking visual contrast to the warm brick cladding and vertical louvered panels that run along the building’s core. The use of clear and reflective glazing creates a seamless dialogue between the interior spaces and the surrounding context, promoting openness and visibility — ideal for retail and office purposes.
At the street level, the double-height glazed entrance and landscaped stair approaches create an inviting and premium frontage, setting the tone for a vibrant commercial activity zone. The ground floor has been envisioned for retail or showroom functions, while the upper levels accommodate flexible office or co-working spaces. The cantilevered glass projections on the upper floors not only maximize usable area but also provide shading to the floors below, improving climatic responsiveness.
Materially, the palette merges brick, glass, and metal, achieving a fine balance between warmth, transparency, and modernity. The crisp linear edges and clean detailing reinforce the building’s contemporary character, while the interplay of textures ensures visual richness across varying daylight conditions.
Overall, the design demonstrates an intelligent use of proportion, light, and form — transforming a constrained 30x70 ft urban site into a high-end, landmark commercial structure that reflects both architectural sophistication and functional efficiency.
