The design optimizes vertical volume while ensuring a distinct visual identity suited for a mixed-use commercial typology. 

The façade composition is characterized by bold projecting glass cubes, articulated with slender metal frames that lend depth and rhythm to the elevation. These glazed volumes enhance natural light penetration while providing a striking visual contrast to the warm brick cladding and vertical louvered panels that run along the building’s core. The use of clear and reflective glazing creates a seamless dialogue between the interior spaces and the surrounding context, promoting openness and visibility — ideal for retail and office purposes. 

At the street level, the double-height glazed entrance and landscaped stair approaches create an inviting and premium frontage, setting the tone for a vibrant commercial activity zone.
