Planned over a 6-acre site with 60% open area, this industrial campus has been envisioned as a modern dry storage facility for a leading clothing manufacturing unit. The design emphasizes efficiency, durability, and environmental balance — creating a functional yet future-ready industrial ecosystem.
At its core stands a 1,00,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building (PEB) shed, designed for large-scale dry storage and logistics operations. The structure integrates advanced fire-fighting and plumbing systems, ensuring full compliance with industrial safety standards. The facility’s RCC industrial-grade flooring is engineered to support heavy-duty movement with a load capacity of 5 kN/m², making it ideal for warehouse stacking, forklifts, and vehicular operations.
The master plan incorporates dedicated parking facilities for 50 cars and 20 trucks, with carefully planned circulation routes for smooth vehicular movement. The site layout allows for future expansion zones, accommodating potential growth and operational scalability.
In addition to its robust functional core, the campus introduces a layer of environmental sensitivity with a proposed lake and landscaped green buffers, enhancing site microclimate and promoting ecological balance. These open and green zones not only contribute to stormwater management but also enrich the overall work environment with a sense of openness and harmony.
With its blend of structural precision, integrated engineering, and sustainable planning, the project represents a forward-thinking approach to industrial architecture — where efficiency, safety, and nature coexist seamlessly.
