Planned over a 4-acre site with 60% open area, this project has been envisioned as a state-of-the-art industrial campus dedicated to the manufacturing and bottling of medical and industrial-grade oxygen. The design embodies precision, safety, and efficiency — the three key pillars of modern industrial architecture — while aligning with international operational and design standards. 

The facility features a cluster of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) covering a total built-up area of 30,000 sq. ft., accommodating the core production, storage, and loading operations. Each shed is meticulously designed with integrated firefighting, plumbing, and utility systems, ensuring uninterrupted functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance for critical gas production processes. 

Complementing the robust industrial infrastructure is a modern front-office building, designed as the administrative and client interface zone. The office block blends contemporary aesthetics with functional planning — featuring clean lines, glass façades, and minimal material palettes that reflect the company’s technological edge and forward-looking identity. The building stands as the architectural focal point of the site, establishing a professional yet welcoming presence. 

The campus master plan emphasizes clear zoning — with defined circulation paths for heavy and light vehicles, landscaped green buffers, and designated areas for future expansion. The open area not only enhances safety and accessibility but also allows for natural ventilation, daylight, and environmental balance across the site.
